In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the "DMCA"), the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at http://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the "Counter Strike Spielen" service and/or website (the "Site") if such claims are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent identified below.

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Site by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our Designated Copyright Agent.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

To file a DMCA takedown notice, you must include the following information:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed: Provide a detailed description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
  2. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing: Provide sufficient information to allow us to locate the material, including the specific URL(s) of the infringing material on "Counter Strike Spielen".
  3. Your contact information: Provide your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement of good faith belief: Include a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement under penalty of perjury: Include a statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of an exclusive copyright right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. Electronic or physical signature: Provide your electronic or physical signature (e.g., typing your full legal name).

Once we receive a complete and valid DMCA Takedown Notice, we will take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. To do so, you must include the following information:

  • Identification of the removed material: Identify the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury: Include a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your contact information: Provide your name, address, and telephone number.
  • A statement of consent to jurisdiction: Include a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which "Counter Strike Spielen" may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  • Your physical or electronic signature: Provide your physical or electronic signature (e.g., typing your full legal name).

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA Takedown Notice. If that party does not file an action seeking a court order against you within 10-14 business days, we may restore the removed material or re-enable access to it.
